Buy 1% of Adrenalin Backpackers Hostel GmbH, the Swiss company that owns the coliving building in Braunwald (29 rooms, 85 beds). You become a registered shareholder.

What you get

Stay as often as you like, with no fixed annual night limit (subject to availability).
Owner costs: CHF 10/night per adult, CHF 5/night per child, cleaning from CHF 25 per stay. A month or longer: CHF 200 per adult per month.
Friends you bring get 15% off the regular rate.
1 vote per 1% on major decisions about the coliving.
Lifetime Club Membership: Club Rates at every coliving in the network.

Price

CHF 10,000 per 1%, plus a one-time CHF 250 admin fee. Of each CHF 10,000, the selling shareholders put CHF 2,500 into the company's renovation fund.

Co-ownership is about the right to stay, not financial return. There are no guaranteed dividends and no guaranteed buyback price.
