What you get
- Stay as often as you like (subject to availability).
- Owner Rates: €5/night shared room, €10/night single room (€35 and €70 per week).
- Friends you bring stay 15% below the guest rate.
- Lifetime Club Membership: Club Rates at every coliving in the network.
Price
€6,000 per 1%: €3,500 share purchase, €2,000 renovation and reserve fund, €500 legal and onboarding. The Founder Round opens June 2027.
Co-ownership is about the right to stay, not financial return. There are no guaranteed dividends and no guaranteed buyback price.
