A community network of colivings. Members stay at Club Rates across the network. Co-owners buy 1% of a real coliving and can then stay there for very little, for weeks or months. Plus events, workations and nomad festivals.

Ways in

Club Membership — Club Rates at every coliving. Founding prices: Annual CHF 250, 3-Year CHF 500, Lifetime CHF 1,250.
Co-own Adrenalin Braunwald — CHF 10,000 per 1%. Stay as often as you like from CHF 10/night or CHF 200/month.
Co-own Coliving Montenegro — €6,000 per 1%. Owner stays from €5/night.
Start something — a community, an event or a workation.

Co-ownership is about the right to stay, not financial return: there are no guaranteed dividends.

Club Rates

Montenegro €75–150/week. Petit Vélan CHF 200/week (summer), CHF 300/week (winter). Adrenalin Braunwald from CHF 400/month. The longer you stay, the less you pay per week.
